The Monster of Mhazar (Vegnian: Il Mostro di Mhazar) is the name commonly used by the vegnian media for an unidentified serial killer active within the city of Mhazar from 1707 AN. The Monster murdered eight victims as it stands, usually young couples secluded in search of intimacy, in wooded areas in the suburbs of the city.
Law enforcement conducted several investigations into the cases over the course of several years. Multiple weapons were used in the murders, including a .22 caliber Beretta handgun and a knife, and in half of the cases sex organs were excised from the bodies of the victims, the removal of which appeared to be the motive for the crimes.
