The MSS AquaComm is a geosynchronous communications satellite to facilitate communication with submarines currently in use by the Raspur Pact. The satellite is designed to use a blue-green laser system for communication with the submerged submarines. It is designed and manufactured by Javelin Industries' subsidiary, Minerva Space Systems.
