The Langhalswursthund, or Woofraffe is an Aemilian breed of companion dogs. The word Langhalswursthund is derived from its long neck and sausage shape, while the name Woofraffe is a play on its bark and similarity to giraffes, despite the vast difference in size. The breed originates from Rossmarkt in the Rossmark region of the Confoederatio Aemilia. They are descendants of the dachshund breed, it is not publicly known how they got their giraffe patterns or elongated necks.
