Khoeng Siaedng (Lao: ແຂວງສີແດງ /kʰwɛ̌ːŋ siː˩˩˦.dɛːŋ˧/; lit. Red Province) is a province of Xang Muang. It is the nation's smallest subdivision. Khoeng Siaedng is situated in the south of Xang Muang and covers the majority of the nation's border with the Calbain territory of Y Dwyrain.
