Kesäranta

Kesäranta is the northern-most and second-largest city in Jääland. It is smaller than the capital, Hellistelli, but more populous than any of the the five chartered cities of Jääland, to which Kesäranta does not belong.
Annexed to Jääland in 1704.
The name Kesäranta is a bit of a misnomer. It means "summer beach" but is the coldest city in Jääland, and the one with the shortest and coldest summer (if one can call the warmer season there summer even).
