Kaljandare (sometimes spelt Kaliandare) is a bailiwick of the Sovereign Confederation located between the bailiwick of Wintergleam and the Elwynnese city of Echo.
In 1712, the population of Kaljandare was 115,271. Despite its small size, the bailiwick has a small but thriving rail-transport economy and is known for its rich songwriting heritage.
