Institute of Public Administration

The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) is a prestigious New Alexandrian think tank and research organization specializing in governance, public policy, and administrative practices. Founded in 1705 AN as a response to growing federal governance challenges during post-unification territorial expansion, the Institute provides independent analysis, training programs for civil servants, and consulting services to both governmental and non-governmental organizations.

Headquartered in Cárdenas with regional offices in Punta Santiago and Parap, the IPA is known for its annual "Public Administration Quality Index" which benchmarks administrative practices across the Federation and internationally. The Institute maintains academic partnerships with universities throughout Nouvelle Alexandrie and operates under a charter that guarantees its independence while receiving partial funding through the Federal Assembly.
