A Decree in Name of His Imperial Magnificence

By the grace of our beloved AYREON THE SIXTH, Kaiser of Shireroth, through the intercessions of Divine Providence, we, Regent Rafi Hakimi bin Alsalam, do hereby issue this most noble decree. Hear ye, hear ye!

GOLDEN BULL

A Steward Decree: The Dawn of a New Feudal Era

Based on the Charter, the Steward issues this decree appointing prefects to head the prefectures, whereby the Charter is read as imperial dominions, being the following:

I. Heavenly Light

We recognise the rule of the QISHOU EMPEROR, and after her death her heirs, as Heavenly Light over the Eastern Empire. Who are loyal to the Kaiser and, after his death, to his heirs. And to whom has the task of ruling the Eastern Empire been entrusted.

II. The Prince of Elwynn

We hereby confer the rule over the Imperial Domain of Elwynn upon the noble title of PRINCE OF ELWYNN. To this end, CLAUDIUS VERION is relieved of his duties as prefect of Upper Elwynn and appointed as feudal lord of the Imperial Domain of Elwynn.

III. The Duke of Brandenburg

We hereby confer the rule over the Imperial Domain of Francia upon the noble title of DUKE OF BRANDENBURG. Consequently, Otto Vermeylen is relieved of his duties as prefect, and AURANGZEB HAKIMI BIN ALSALAM appointed as feudal lord of the Imperial Domain of Francia.

IV. The Duke of Gascony

We hereby confer the rule over the Imperial Domain of Gascony upon the noble title of DUKE OF GASCONY. Consequently, Floris van Dasburg is relieved of his duties as prefect, and FREDERIK ALFONS DES VINANDY appointed as feudal lord of the Imperial Domain of Gascony.

V. The Count of Caverden

We hereby confer the rule over the Imperial Domain of South Caverdenshire upon the noble title of COUNT OF CAVERDEN. To this end, South Caverdenshire is separated from the Prefecture of Brookshire, and MONDO ETZETERRA is appointed as feudal ruler of the Imperial Domain of South Caverdenshire.

Given at Raynor's Keep on the twelfth day of the fourteenth month in the year after the death of Norton one thousand seven hundred and fifty-eight.
