The Global Environmental Defense Initiative, abbreviated as GEDI, is an international convention initially sponsored by Lac Glacei that aims to reduce the environmental impact of its signatory parties through common cooperation and fixed objectives. The overall goal of the agreement is to lessen the negative affects of industry, pollution, war and other factors that continue to degrade the environment. As a collective agreement, the impact of these agreements can achieve a much greater improvement in overall global environmental health.
