Fréo-Fýst League
The Fréo-Fýst (Free-Fist) League was created in 984AJ by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in associations with the Nova English Wing Chun League and the Nova English Déor-fýst Association. The objective of the FFL is to promote and encourage participation in Nova English and foreign martial arts, in addition to providing entertainment to live and televised audiences. This is achieved by the organising and running of elimination tournaments, governed by a basic set of rules which allow participants of all martial arts lineages to compete. All fights are undertaken on a platform raised to a height of 1m and presided by a referee and three independent judges.
