Freeloaders on the Land

The Freeloaders on the Land are an extremist group in Highpass. The Freeloaders do not recognise the legal authority of the modern state. The name of the group comes from being originally formed by loaders in the Rhodondra harbour. An insane Count Oze I in the mid-1500's issued a decree granting complete freedom from tax and legal liability. The decree was withdrawn the next day. However, the Freeloaders only recognise the decree, not its repeal. Their theory revolves around being a loader, defined as "a person placing something into storage". Freeloaders are therefore for example always transporting something somewhere to be stored when driving, thereby claiming immunity from traffic laws. Some Freeloaders lose their conviction when they are executed for murder.
