Electoral system

The 300 members of the expanded Florian Senate using the "First past the post" system. If one party obtains a majority of seats, then that party is entitled to form the Government, with its leader appointed as the inaugural Prime Minister of the Florian Republic.

Campaign

The campaign officially started 30 days before the election day, on the 25 September 2019.

Overall distribution of seats with the Imperial Democratic Party of the Florian Republic with a supermajority of 187 seats

After many elections dominated by the United National Party of the Republic, The Imperial Democratic Party of the Florian Republic became the first party to win an election after a huge surge in popularity since its formation. The IDPFR would receive 187 and gain a great majority over the other parties. The UNPR after numerous supermajorities were reduced to just 70. After a reasonable growth in popularity, the Communist Party of the Florian Republic received a fair number of 21 seats.
