BE IT ENACTED by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Cortes Federales, in this present session assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

PART I: GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1. Citation and Commencement

  1. This Act may be cited as the "Federal Public Administration Reform and Modernization Act, 1738."
  2. This Act shall come into force six months after receiving Royal Assent.
  3. Different provisions of this Act may come into force on different dates as prescribed by regulations made by the Secretary of the Interior.

Article 2. Purpose

  1. The purpose of this Act is to:
