The Federal Elections Commission (FEC) is an independent regulatory agency of the federal government of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie. The FEC is tasked with enforcing laws surrounding the conduct and financing of political campaigns and elections in Nouvelle Alexandrie. Its jurisdiction is largely limited to federal elections, but the FEC is known for often providing direct support and assistance to local authorities at their request or by judicial order.

Created in 1686 AN with the passage of the Federal Campaign Finance Act by the Federal Constituent Assembly, the duties of the commission are to maintain and administer the National Campaign Finance Database, which discloses campaign finance information for all federal elections. The Commission is also tasked with enforcing the provisions such as the limits and prohibitions on campaign contributions and with overseeing the public funding of elections. Once the Proclamation of Punta Santiago was ratified, the FEC was reconstituted under the new government, maintaining the same duties, powers, and responsibilities as before.
