The Department of Church Affairs Abolition Act, 1752 is an Aerlan law that abolished the Department of Church Affairs. The Department had been a target for abolition by the Reformist Bloc and it's successor party, the Aerlan Democratic Party. While previous administrations were unable to secure a majority vote for abolition, the administration of Thomas Guthrie was able to oversee the Department's liquidation, with it's responsibilities either transferred to other Departments/Ministries, or deregulated altogether.
