₢1 Coffee is a chain of coffee shops throughout Craitland, originating in the nation's capital of Cherry Trees. The chain is the largest of its kind by number of outlets in Craitland, and the nation's most popular by number of customers per annum.
₢1 Coffee was founded by a small group of friends under the ethos that also birthed its name: to offer coffee for the price of one Craitish Cräite. After starting with one café in the harbour area of Cherry Trees, the business expanded to multiple premises throughout the capital before going nationwide. Today, ₢1 Coffee can be found in every town throughout the nation, with a total of over thirty branches in operation. While the chain's vast range of speciality and seasonal coffees are often more expensive, a regular-sized black or white coffee will cost only ₢1 to this day.
The company's slogan, "Craitland's #1, for only ₢1" (Craitish: "Cräiteland'eń #1, fór shón ₢1"), references both the ingrained price of a basic coffee and its standing as the nation's biggest coffee shop.
