The Council for Internal Affairs is an advisory body convened by the Prime Minister of Caputia to provide advice to the Government and to Parliament on matters of national defense and economic security. It is composed of the Prime Minister, the Minister of Defense, and appointed representatives from various industries, guilds and corporations that are deemed by the Caputian Government as crucial to the survival of the country.

Its status as a Executive Private Commission by the Queen-in-Council ensures that its deliberations remain private and sealed from public record.
