The Congresso di San Lucido (Istv: San Lucido Congress, Norse: Sankt Lucidus-kongressen) is the unicameral parliament of San Lucido. The elections of the Congress are held, as established by the Cattaneo Law of 1722, every 6 years and provide for the renewal of all seats in parliament.

Parliament building

The parliament is enshrined within the resplendent walls of its iconic seat of governance, the Palazzo delle Virtù, also known as Palace of Virtues.

The exterior façade of the building seamlessly weaves historical aesthetics with contemporary sensibilities. A symphony of intricate carvings, ornate moldings, and stately columns adorns the exterior, paying homage to the rich tapestry of San Lucidan history and culture. The architecture resonates with a sense of pride, reminding all who approach of the nation's journey from its founding to the present day.

As visitors step inside, they are greeted by an ambiance that seamlessly melds grandeur and functionality. The atrium, characterized by its soaring ceilings and natural illumination, exudes an air of openness and welcome. The main atrium serves as a hub of activity, connecting different wings of the building and facilitating the flow of people.

The pièce de résistance of the building is undoubtedly the Gran Camera, where parliamentary meetings take place. The chamber boasts a rectangular seating arrangement. The plush seating, adorned in rich fabrics, exemplifies comfort without compromising on the dignity of the space.
