Cibolan Vintage is a company in the Confoederatio Aemilia that collects second hand clothing and fashion accessories such as jewelry and handbags for sale abroad. These items are sold as-is if the quality is sufficient for less discerning markets, or are reduced to scraps and metals to be used in new items.
