The Blackfriars Pizza, served at the Blackfriars' Redux, consists of a baked disk of hardtack, smeared with tomato puree, some tinned mackerel and whatever is in the herb rack. Reheated for twenty minutes before serving. The cheese sprinkled on top isn't cheese in strictest sense, or at all really.

Reputed to have been developed to suit the eroded taste buds of those Benacian visitors who had grown accustomed to the standard, rationed and ersatz, fare offered in the UGB.

Initially served as the result of a bet in ESB employee canteens outside the Benacian Directorate beginning 1700, it was the centerpiece of a revitalized Shrubway global concessionaire, in partnership with its new steady supplier, Superabundance Foods.
