Barty's is a Senyan a cider-brewing company based in Covehithe, Senya. The company makes a number of different ciders, including a variety of flavours, as well as non-alcoholic ciders. The company was founded in 1703 by Bartholomew (Barty) Cavendish, a local farmer who had decided to brew cider for a one off local event. However, his cider proved popular that for the following year he increased production and began to sell it beyond just the local fair. By 1711, the drink had become the national leader for cider.
