A theatre level formation assigned to a Theatre Command:- typically comprised of four Combined Arms Corps supported by a Tactical Air Force and a naval Armada. The formation and its strategic doctrine was developed and implemented by the Raspur Pact during the War of Lost Brothers, the War of the Casks and the Second Euran War.
