Decree recognizing the Lady of Senkyōwan

The Decree recognizing the Lady of Senkyōwan is a decree, issued on 8.VII.1688 by Áþamé Issèla Mari Vāstra, Regent for the Prince of Whales, that clarified the ownership of the lordship of Senkyōwan. Prior to the issuance of the decree, the lordship was claimed by both Áþamé Issèla Mari Vāstra and Kaiseress Salome of Shireroth, due to the legality of a decree issued by Kaiser Ayreon IV – where he allegedly abdicated the lordship in favour of Lady Áþamé – being in question. With the issuance of this decree, Lady Áþamé not only relinquished her own claims to the title but also recognized (note: not appointed) Salome as Lady of Senkyōwan.

Done at the Court of the Whales, this eighth day of Friedeber in the year 1688.
