The 1686 Constancia national census was an initiative of newly-appointed Mesazon Andronikas Cavazos. It was conducted by the Imperial Constancian Government, subconstrated to Euran Statistical Biometrics, a corporation registered in the Imperial State, which performed all enumeration, coordination, logistics, data-gathering, and information management, and statistical quality services.
This was the first official census of the Imperial State since the Euran War, although an estimated census was drawn up for 1680.
