The Treaty between Kurum Ash-Sharqia and the Bani Batir is a treaty between Kurum Ash-Sharqia and the Bani Batir, a stateless tribe living in The Green. It was signed in 1731 AN in Vrijplaats.

Background

The Surveying and Expansion Commission, led by Zahra Ayari, proposed to have treaties with two larger settlements of stateless people, in order to create goodwill in these settlements for the expansion.

The Bani Batir consider themselves to be the heirs of Batır, a former Thraci member state. The city of Kabyk was its capital and is still the region's main settlement.

The treaty was signed by Zahra Ayari for Kurum Ash-Sharqia and by Umar Bayramov for the Bani Batir.
