The M1703 "Hurmudakka" 40 mm Autocannon, produced by the Mishalan Arsenal, is a towed anti-aircraft gun based on an export design made for Hurmu Peace Corps and supplied under the Osman-Spiik Accord of 1703 AN.

For the Hurmu order two-hundred and twelve ex-naval anti-aircraft guns, recovered Shirerithian naval vessels captured after the Kalirion Fracture were taken out of storage and refurbished as towed direct-fire infantry support guns at Mishalan Arsenal.

An order was placed with Mishalan Arsenal by the Board of Ordnance for a further twelve thousand of the type in 1731 AN. Full delivery was required by 1743 AN. The completed examples were to be assigned to the Flak Corps, raised for the defence of vital industrial regions in Elluenuueq against aerial bombardment. Fulfillment of the order would require a production licence and machine-tooling from Sårensby Arsenal, becoming one of the first instances of material support for the Benacian Union by Normark following the signing of the Boreal Defence and Security Agreement.
