Victor del Zuev

Victor del Zuev (12.X.1980XX) is the “Grand Leader” (crime boss) of the Imperial Star Syndicate. He is also an ex-military personnel who went AWOL, a prison escapee (from being imprisoned for going AWOL), and a experienced smuggler and “cooker” before he founded the ISS.

He is now currently the “Grand Leader” of the Imperial Star Syndicate somewhere in Tiberias, operating his underground network while always planning for unexpected and new ways of smuggling and “cooking”.

He is not well known apart from the military records and the prison which he escaped from, working with smugglers from Vandía-Levi and other criminals, escaped convicts and others.

Victor has a small militia which has “military order” enforced as he imagines that unorganised street armies could not stand the local SWAT or a small regiment of the national guards. He has a tunnel system which no-one knows yet, and also has a “kitchen” in the middle of nowhere cooking “illegal substances” which are banned by the law.

Victor has an joint command with militias “commanders”, the militia are about size of 2 small regiments, He overseers the training of the ‘soldiers’ ,and oversee the work at the “arms factory”, and everything, from finical decisions in the office to handling weapon parts in the factory.

Occasionally, victor would like to go to some of his owned cafes or to other dining areas to take a break, he is usually accompanied with another person, his driver. And others who are willing to go with him.

There are no assassination attempts or any other attempts against victor yet as competition (controlling from business to crime operations) is very low in alduria and Victor has yet to see an rival to compete with. So he relaxes until one day competition will appear.
