Tsofnhafen (Ashkenatzi: צאָפנהאַפֿנ Tsofnhafn, "north harbour"; Elw: Цофнхафн, Тсоофынхаафын; Cofnhafn, Tsoofynhaafyn), informally known as Hafen, and as Joelsby, (162?–????), is a Frankish city and capital of Oleslääd.

Built by the Ashkenatzim as a north-sea harbour after the AmokolianOcian cession of a stretch of territory to exist between Amokolia and Shirerithian Absentia in the aftermath of the Amokolian War, it came under Shirerithian sovereignty in ___, forming part of the Vanic monarchy of Elwynn, where it was renamed Joelsby in honour of King Noah's twin brother Audun Joel.
