The Treisenberg national football team was the football team which most recently represented the micronation of Treisenberg, and previously represented the Sangunese-Treisenberger constituent nation of the same name. It was a member of the CTFA. The team was the official predecessor and successor of Leichenberg, and is the official predecessor of Helderbourgh.

The team existed twice in the FMF's history; firstly between 2012 and 2013 as a constituent nation of Sangun-Treisenberg, and secondly between mid-2017 and late 2018 as an independent nation.

History

Treisenberg applied successfully to join the FMF after the constituent nation was founded by Sangun-Treisenberg in 2012. The team competed in the following year's World Cup qualifiers, where they advanced from their six-team group with 21 points to the second round, in which they lost 4–0 to Alexandria. Despite not qualifying for the World Cup, the team finished fourth in CiboTap 2013 by virtue of their group position. Soon afterwards, Treisenberg left Micras after being succeeded by Leichenberg.

Treisenberg returned to Micras in mid-2017 after seceding from Minarboria as the successor state to Leichenberg. While under the name of Leichenberg, the team competed in the 2014 and 2015 qualifying rounds, where they finished second-bottom in their group on both occasions, before improving in the 2016 CiboTap Championships qualification rounds by finishing third. In their final competitive appearance as Leichenberg, they finished second in their 2017 qualifying group with 16 points before being succeeded.

The team competed as Treisenberg once again in the 2018 CiboTap Championships qualification rounds, where they finished third in their four-team group with seven points. Treisenberg was succeeded by Helderbourgh later in the year.
