Trans-Pior Broadcasting Service Company or Trans-Pior Broadcasting Company (Sangunese: トランスピア放送株式会社/トランスピア放送会社, translit.: Toransupia Hōsō Kabushikigaisha/Toransupia Hōsō Kaisha, shortened to 株式会社TPHK) is a media colgomerate and licensed media holding company funded by governments and private companies in all three autonomous territorial units in Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan. it is a radio and television network operating in Romandie region and Taemhwanian Sangunese-speaking and Phineaner-speaking areas including in Ҭvuҟovarь, and most areas in the Orange Free State, Negara Awan, Politama, also small part in the Straits Settlements, Cyborges, Rintis Island. It is the parent company of television network TPHK Television Inc. (株式会社TPHKテレビ) which operates the terrestrial television channels TPHK-1 and TPHK-2, and the radio network TPHK Radio Inc. (株式会社TPHKラジオ) which operates two radio stations TPHK-SFM1 and TPHK-FM2. TPHK has one key station in Kéijō and 10 affiliate stations around its coverage area including in Central Perak, Rintis Islands, Cyborges and Negara Awan, as well as in the Straits Settlements.

This TPHK network includes:

• Television and radio services under [affiliate station name] TPHK-1 and [affiliate station name] TPHK-2 names.
• TPHK-BS - a satellite channel featuring programming from all TPHK affiliated service stations, produced to be available throughout Phinbella, it is also available in neighboring countries.

TPHK is owned by Taemhwanian Resources Corporation Limited (TRCL), Kéijō Shimbun, MBC Media Holdings, Global Mediacom TFSA, Trusted Services Bank, SMBC, The Taemhwanian Frontier Settlemets Area Foundation of Broadcasting Culture (TFSAFBC) and Investas Rōmandie Holdings (an Oriental Hispanioeire Taemhwan government investment company for autonomous territorial units). TPHK has a great relationship with Kéijō Newspaper Co. despite Kéijō Newspaper’s lack of shareholding. TPHK is only a government and private-owned broadcasting station, so TPHK operates on advertising.

Headquarters

In -25BP to RP 2600, TPHK began to be established in a building known as the Etaki Tsumiki Building located near the Scattered Islands International Airport on the outskirts of Kéijō, where radio broadcasts began in -25BP and television in -6BP using the studios in the building.

In RP 2600, TPHK’s headquarters moved to the Artmedia Broadcasting Center located at Plaza Artmedia Kéijō, it is located at Artmedia Hill, San Sebastian, Kéijō. Tromelin Atoll is one of the atolls that has a hilly area. Most of TPHK's departments and subsidiaries were established at this broadcasting center, and it remains there. TPHK Studio, a subsidiary has two headquarters, where the sales and production center is located at the broadcasting center, while the filming, song recording, animation studio and distribution center is located at Kadokachi Mall which is located not far from its main headquarters.

History

Radio era (-25BP--6BP)

On December 28, -28BP, a trial broadcast for a commercial station based in Kéijō, known as Radio Creole or Chaine de Creole, it began broadcasting at 3 pm and ended at 5 pm. This trial broadcast lasted for almost 3 years and it increased the broadcast time to 6pm, 7pm, 9pm and 10pm. On December 17, -25BP, the first radio broadcast signal was launched (call sign: TQQS; frequency: AM 1215㎑; output: 10kW) from Kéijō at 12:00 noon, The service began as the first non-governmental commercial broadcaster in the Romande area. On July 19, -23BP, the service began operating four regional commercial stations in Martin-de-Viviès, Toyohara, Spitsbergen Islands and Port Nasawan, and established a broadcasting network called Kabushiki-kaisha Radiodiffusion de la Cultural de Kéijō (Sangunese: 株式会社文化京城放送, KRCK) to connect between the cities that's with Kéijō. On January 20, -21BP, KRCK was renamed as Société de Radiodiffusion de la Station Commerciale de Kéijō et des Etablissements Frontaliers (Sangunese: 京城と国境集落の商業局放送株式会社, SRSCKEF), placed under the authority of Société Financière de Radiodiffusion Réseau Locale.

In -13BP, SRSCKEF launched stereo FM radio in Kéijō followed by on its affiliate stations a year later. In -12BP, Radio SRSCKEF in Kéijō changed its frequency from AM 1215㎑ to AM 954㎑, also using the standard FM frequency on FM 89.2㎒ power 150 watts with the call sign TQ89.2-QS-SFM. Since November -12BP, SRSCKEF has changed its name to Société de Radiodiffusion de la Station Commerciale de Trans-Pior (Sangunese: トランスピア民間放送局放送会社, SRSCTP or TPCSBC). And since then, TPCBC has expanded by launching new stations in Terre Adélie, Isla del Tropico and the SSS Islands. In -10BP, TPCBC launched a new station in Toyohara.

Television era (-6BP-RP 2607)

TPCBC was granted a television license by the previous Taemhwanian government in November -10BP, and launched a trial broadcast in Kéijō on December 20, -10BP. On September 10, -6BP, TPCBC launched its first television broadcast (call sign: TQKR-TV, channel 12, output: 2 kW). Between -10BP and -6BP, TPCBC television services reached affiliation agreements with ten commercial stations in Martin-de-Viviès, Toyohara, Spitsbergen Islands, Port Nasawan, Terre Adélie, Isla del Tropico and the SSS Islands, including in San Fransokyo, Ҭvuҟovarь and Providenciales Bonin Islands, and it also launched new O&O stations outside the Romande region such as in Cloud Country, Springwind Islands, Danville, Betio and Cyborges, and started TV broadcasting to its focus areas through its 16 affiliate and regional stations. The TPCBC television network began broadcasting its flagship news, TPCBC News Tonight 9 on January 1, -5BP.

In the same year also, commercial broadcasting operations in the Taemhwanian frontier settlements were removed from Société Financière de Radiodiffusion Réseau Locale and invested in the current organization, Société de Radiodiffusion et de télévision Trans-Pior pour l’Etablissements frontaliers (RTPE). In -4BP, RTPE took over The Kéijō Shimbun, a daily newspaper in Kéijō and around the Scattered Islands.

Since the inception of the television service, there has been no dedicated public broadcasting network in these three autonomous territorial units other than having transmitters carried by the national and All Taemhwanian networks. Since the television service was started, various broadcasts have been broadcast in their two spoken languages. Since -1BP, various soap opera dramas and animations from abroad will be dubbed into its two spoken languages namely TFSA Creole Sangunese and Scattered Frontier Phineaner except for various anime series dubbed with Common Tongue, Taemhwanian Hokkien and Scattered Frontier Phineaner. In the same year, the RTPE Standard FM transmitter was upgraded to 100 kW.

In RP 2600, RTPE aired its drama series starting last February and also aired variation shows, and since then RTPE has changed its name to Trans-Pior Broadcasting Service Company, all its radio and television services will be restructured under this new brand, with the slogan "TPHK - Just More Interesting, Your Accent Entertainment", but the slogan "Common Pride Belongs to the Nation" is still used today. From there, many entertainment programs are oriented to the two dialects, including dramas and dubbed programs. The speech of these two dialects and creoles can be spread to the TPHK coverage areas in particular. In the same year, TPHK's headquarters were moved to Plaza Artmedia Kéijō as the beginning of the new brand era.
