Tranquil Jade Tea Society

The Tranquil Jade Tea Society is an organisation of tea houses across Jingdao which was established in 1642 by the Meiyo Emperor while she was still a young princess. It opened up dozens of tea houses, which act as representative of Jingdaoese culture. Tea ceremonies are done with utmost care and personnel, while paid well, is expected to live up to high standards. Thanks to its widespread conglomerate, it's often used a place to gather information and sometimes even de facto acts as a consulate for those in need.

Critics see the tea houses as main breeding ground for Pan-Jingdaoism, something which the board of directors denies.
