The Restoration is a period of Wechua history after the foundation of the Second Wechua Kingdom in the continent of Keltia and the return of the Sapa Wechua in 1673 AN when Sapa Wechua Manco Capac returned from exile in Constancia. The preceding period of the Wechua Sorrow and Wechua Exodus came to be known to Wechua historians as the Interregnum (1669-1673).
The term Restoration alludes to the Declaration of Parap, where the Sapa Wechua declared a “national Restoration and Rebirth”. It is very often used to cover the whole of the later reign of Manco Capac.
