Sxiro-Qavaqaqqaqqaniitqeqertaq Appreciation Society

The Sxiro-Qavaqaqqaqqaniitqeqertaq Appreciation Society or SQAS is an eccentric society of eminent Shirerithians, established by the Prince of Modan in Shirekeep on 20.VII.1664 with the intent of celebrating the unique culture of the Mercurian autonomous territory of Qavaqaqqaqqaniitqeqertaq and furthering the goals of antarctic exploration, a cause much neglected in the northern Benacian empire.

So far the society's actions have comprised of purchasing a property in the Treesian Quarter of the city for the purposes of establishing a members only club house - to be known, not entirely surprisingly, as the QQQ-Club.

To date no member of the club has visited Qavaqaqqaqqaniitqeqertaq.
