The Springwind Islanders (Phineaner: Orang Kepulauan Springwind) also referred to as simply Islanders are a Eurphineonesian ethnic group native to the Springwind Islands, a collectivity in the Territory of Straits Settlements, Phinbella. The people of the Springwind Islands have their own unique identity and they differ culturally and genetically from the Phineaners, Taesongeans, Phinbellan Indians and several other ethnic groups in Phinbella, they are modern descendants of a mixture of Eurphineonesian ethnic groups, ie they are mixed Yapreayan, Zaipinichi Peranakan and/or Greenlandic Martian, and mixed also with descendants of Nan'yōklanders, Ssamaritans and Gogobugians, as well as having some Irish and Sephardic ancestry.

Residents of Greenlandic Martian descent are descendants of refugees who have lived in the Tannyeugwa Settlement since -10BP and since RP 2608 and Xenovian companions, it also includes a few who settled thereafter, they have migrated to the Springwind Islands to work and continue their descent. Meanwhile those who have Yapreayan descent are those whose descendants of Yapreayan people come from the remote islands and coastal areas of Cyborges, it belongs to the mixed descendants of Jewish Yapreayan, Yapreayan-Cubulus or Yapreayan-Gogobugian. In the Springwind Islands population data as of early March RP 2617, there were 14,892 Springwind Islands-born residents out of a total population of 315,541 people.

The languages in the Springwind Islands are diverse, and the standard Phineaner or Phinbellan language is the common language in the islands, and other languages are freely spoken in the islands. Springwind Islanders have their own variation of the Phineaner language, known as the Springwind Islands Phineaner and called Bahase Pula Springwind or Bahase Pulu Springwind, it is also known as Springwind Mixed Language and Kecek Doci Springwind. The language is mostly Pyeongrang Phineaner, a Gangwol Phineaner-based creole mixed with other Phineaner dialects with local pronunciation, and is influenced very strongly by Batavian, Arboric, Portuguese, Sangunese, Phinbellan Hokkien or Taemhwanian Hokkien, Irianlander, Nan'yoklander and Common Tongue elements. In the Springwind Islands (territorial suburbs), 48.2 percent speak this mixed creole at home, while 26.8 percent speak Yapreayan.
