Soterios Kostas is an Imperial Senator and was Minister of Defense of the Imperial State of Constancia

As leader of the Constancian National Front, he was elected one of 3 Dikastís in the 9th Synkletos. Appointed Imperial Senator to the 1st Imperial Synkletos, he was also appointed Minister of Defense that same year.

In 1694, at the start of the 9th Imperial Synkletos, he was commissioned a Stratárchis (Field Marshal) and given command of the Ethnikí Frourá (Home Guard), with orders to whip it into fighting shape in light of Allied Mission in the Suren Confederacy. The Home Guard was also increased by two more armies.
