The team was founded in 2013 after the foundation of the Six Islands as the successor state to Zhongjing, itself the successor of Jingdao and South Batavia. Under the name of South Batavia, the team finished seventh in the inaugural Zeeburg Tournaments. As Jingdao, the team finished bottom of five-team group in the second edition of the Four Nations Internationals, before finishing fifth in their six-team 2013 World Cup qualifying group. The team played no FMF-affiliated matches as Zhongjing. In late 2013, the Six Islands were succeeded by Jingdao without the team playing any further matches.
