The Sanama City Council election, 1682 was the second election to the Sanama City Council. After the election the United Nationalist Alliance, Sanaman National Party and the Nationalist & Humanist Party formed the majority in the Council. The Northern League was left out of the majority following the 1681 Sanaman government crisis and the collapse in support in the capital, losing 4.5 percentage points.

Senate seat distribution

After the election the executive of the territory, Mayor Semisa Anderson, appointed two senators from the United Nationalist Alliance to represent the territory in the Senate.
