Rovighi Viscounty

The Rovighi Viscounty is the smallest region of Caradia. The viscounty is mostly taken up by its capital city, Togărest. The viscounty is also the largest concentration of the Caradian Vosanski population. The viscounty notably is the headquarters of the Sacred Guard, as well as having a higher than average technology level than most other regions of Caradia, due to the culture of ingenuity promoted by the Vosanski. The viscounty is currently led by Viscount Yakoraslav.
