Rosamund Azar Agueda al-Osman Primo de Aguilar, more commonly known as Rosamund, was born on 22.VI.1673 in Aqaba, Constancia. She is the eldest daughter of Jaime Augustin Joaquin Primo de Aguilar, Autokrator of Constancia and Prince of Molivadia, and his wife Esmeralda al-Osman, Princess of Arboria and Princess of Molivadia. Since 1.I.1719, she is a Senator of the Lakes, since 2.I.1719, Secretary of State for the Bank, Mint and Press of Hurmu, and since 17.XII.1722, Chancellor of the Order of the Holy Lakes.

She is heir apparent to her mother's dignity as Princess of Arboria, and heir presumptive to her father's dignity as Prince of Molivadia and as Duke of Santiago in Nouvelle Alexandrie . She is Duchess of Mar Sara. She is also Marchioness of Sentratera. Her State Protection Authority codename is Sunshine.

Early life

As the child of the paramount leader of the Imperial Constancian State and of royalty in her own right, she has had a sheltered childhood. Educated by a tutor since she was three years old, she has never left the Imperial State of Constancia until the Great Tour of 1687.

Quietly enrolled in the Dabirestân-e Pardanashin of the Education & Indoctrination Service of Raspur/Sarayzenana.

In 1688, joined the Nationalist and Humanist Youth Organization, and began training with the Imperial Constancian Tzykanion Association.

Around 1689, rumors of romantic correspondence with Cassian Wythe, legal luminary and Viscount of Solaris, are said to have influenced her interest in law, and she is said to have discreetly but significantly influenced the latter's investiture as Grand Knight Commander of the Order of the Royal Blood. Began auditing summer classes at the Euran University College of Law, and turned heads when she spectated sessions, in the stranger's gallery of the Imperial Synklētos despite the absence of either of her parents.

Further rumors of romantic interest in Prince Tupac, Count of Arequipa, not substantiated, but allegations remain due to chicha press interest, particularly her 17th birthday cover photo in Muchachita, which remains the magazine's best-selling issue since its inception, necessitating several additional print runs due to intense global interest.

In 1690, not long after her 17th birthday, reports from the media of Alduria-Wechua suggest her enthrallment with the recent achievements of her distant cousin, Ayesha al-Osman. Further reports allege that she was elected Scrivener-General as well as to the Court of Governors of the secretive Society of the Sacred Lakes. The Private Chancellery of the Office of the Autokrator of Constancia confirmed that she began an internship in the Office of Speaker and Imperial Senator Garvin Hendriksson in late 1690.

Accepted into the Spring 1691 intake of Eliria University College, repatriated and cross-enrolled in an undisclosed Aldurian university due to the Second Elwynnese Civil War. Enlisted (by operation of law) in the Molivadian Home Guard on her 18th birthday as an ordinary Sarbaz (Soldier). Basic weapons qualified through training received during school breaks.

Adulthood

Appointed to the Board of Directors of the Osman-Aguilar Holdings Corporation shortly after her 19th birthday. A little after her 20th birthday, on 15.VII.1693, it was announced that she was appointed to the Imperial Senate of the Imperial State of Constancia, beginning with the 9th Imperial Synkletos on 14.I.1694. Appointed Vice Chair of the Princess Isabella Foundation, and member of the Board of Trustees of the Duke of Santiago Foundation in 1694. On her 22nd birthday, appointed to the rank of Tribune Cohortis / Ahmst Tazstraneï of the Nationalist & Humanist Party, and granted concurrent appointment as Tagmatarchis (Major) in the Molivadian Home Guard, seconded to the Military Household of the Autokrator.

Despite her many responsibilities in early adulthood, she was reported by the chicha press to have confessed some envy with the lifestyle of her carefree half-cousin, Christina Aguilar, and likewise acknowledged that she was a fan of PP-pop, Hopsy, and his new album, "Ocean Motion". The subsequent misfortunes of Christina, and the persistent legal problems that dog Hopsy may have served to revise her opinions however.

Recently it was announced that, perhaps unsurprisingly due to her family's known wealth and influence, she was elected Treasurer for her college student council by landslide, with a term starting I.1695. Graduated 1696 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Management, minor in Development and the Law. Appointed thereafter to the Council of Arboria and Council of Molivadia. Took graduation sabbatical in Arboria, reporting observations and findings during her attendance at meetings of the Council of Arboria. Returned to the Imperial State of Constancia to resume work full-time as Imperial Senator and member of the Council of Molivadia, as well as reservist work with the 1st Vanguard Division and her appointment as civil-military operations officer (S-9) of the Princess Isabella's Own Volunteers.

To strengthen diplomatic ties, in 1696 it was announced that she was appointed to be the next Imperial Constancian Ambassador to the Imperial Republic of Shireroth effective 1697, a role similarly performed by the Basilinna Olympia in years past.

Elected to the Board of Directors and Vice Chair of Oranjesion Private Equity Capital effective the first day of 1697, vice Royston Anders.

In late 1700, Princess Rosamund, concurrent Ambassador of the Imperial State of Constancian to the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, was confirmed by the chicha press to be in a relationship with Lord Patrick Montgomery Wythe, grandson of Chrysostom Wythe, Count of Woodshire, Viscount Holly-Wythe. She was later engaged with Prince Utas, with whom she has a son, Alexander, born out of wedlock in 1701, while at the same time seeing Patrick Wythe, calling him the love of her life. See War for Rosamund's Honor.

On her 27th birthday, she was vested as Duchess of Mar Sara, in the peerage of the Principality of Arboria of the Bovic Empire of the Natopian Nation, with pre-eminence, by her mother in a ceremony at Tirlar, and formally declared Vicegerent of the Principality of Arboria, Chancellor of Arboria, as well as Heiress Apparent. Promoted to Sarhang (Colonel) in the Imperial Constancian Army and attached, as a reservist, to the Military Household of the Autokrateira, with the role of liaison officer to the Arboreal Guard.

Elected to replace her mother as Director for Euran Operations of the ESB Group on 1.III.1704, at a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors in Fontainebleau, Alduria, Nouvelle Alexandrie. Promoted to Sarlashkar (Major General), and took command of the 1668th (Timūr al-Osman Taraghay) Brigade, 1634th ESB-Jörmungandr Division, 505th Army in simple ceremonies the same day.

Utas and Rosamund applied for the Kaiseress's consent of a matrimonial union between them in 1701. The application was continously stalled by the Imperial Court, and on 23.XI.1706, Utas and Rosamund married civilly in Vesüha, Hurmu.

Raised to the Imperial Council of Natopia and appointed Secretary for Foreign Affairs in 1716 as part of the course of Natopian reintegration. Resigned from this position at the end of 1718.

Elected to the Senate of the Lakes in the 1718 Hurmu general elections and later appointed Secretary of State for the Bank, Mint and Press of Hurmu‎‎ beginning 1719. During the 1719 Hurmu government crisis, given command of the 1662nd Modan Brigade which was deployed to Huyenkula as part of the Allied Mission in Eastern Apollonia, Hurmu & Lyrica.

Granted OF-9 commissions as Stratigos (General) in the Imperial Constancian Army, Navarchos (Admiral) in the Imperial Constancian Navy, and Pterarchos (Air Chief Marshal) of the Imperial Constancian Air Force effective 18.II.1718, on the ascension of her mother as the Basilinna of the Imperial State of Constancia, before the public session of the Imperial Synkletos at Petropolis.

At a ceremony bearing date at the Embassy of the Bovic Empire of the Natopian Nation in Asterapolis, in the sight of the Council of Arboria, she was appointed Chancellor of the Principality of Arboria on 13.IX.1722, by her mother the Basilinna and Princess of Arboria.

Elected Chancellor of the Order of the Holy Lakes unanimously by the Senate of the Lakes on 17.XII.1722.

As Chancellor, represented Hurmu at the 33rd Xäiville Convention summit held on 10–11.I.1722 AN in Mercury in the capital of the territory of Qavaqaqqaqqaniitqeqertaq. Again represented Hurmu at the 34th Xäiville Convention summit held on 10–11.I.1723 AN in the Oportian capital of Vanie, having spent a few days prior in Constancia, taking the Nimezamin Railway to cross the border, instead of via Imperial Constancian Air Force flight as expected. She also took the opportunity to have an official visit a few days after, this time as a representative of the Imperial Family and the Imperial State of Constancia. Once more represented Hurmu at the 35th Xäiville Convention summit in the Sanaman capital of Semisa City, where she once more took the opportunity to have an official visit a few days after, this time as a representative of the Imperial Family and the Imperial State of Constancia.

Represented Hurmu at the 36th Xäiville Convention summit on 10–11.I.1725 AN in the Senyan city of Dyas, having spent a few days prior to visit Arboria as Vicegerent of Arboria and personal representative of her mother the reigning Princess. Interestingly enough, she took the Arborian-Senyan Railway. She yet again utilized the opportunity a few days later to officially visit Senya, this time as a representative of the Imperial Family and the Imperial State of Constancia.

Represented Hurmu at the 37th Xäiville Convention summit held on 10–11.I.1726 AN in the South Sea Islands' capital of Joseph Town. Did the same at the 38th Xäiville Convention summit held on 10–11.I.1727 AN in the Tellian city of Fiorecittà, as well as the 39th Xäiville Convention summit held on 10–11.I.1728 AN in the Craitish city of Hänävissen-ó-Cräiteland. She took the opportunity to open formal relations with the host countries as a member of the Imperial family of the Imperial State of Constancia.

At the effective conclusion of the Eleventh Senate of Hurmu on 20.XIV.1727, she flew to Petropolis to tend to Constancian and Arborian business.

Retained the post of Chancellor of the Order of the Holy Lakes at the onset of the Twelfth Senate on 13.I.1728 by a vote of 11 in favor, versus 8 votes for Jaya Prabhu. Appointed concurrent Minister of Social Welfare effective 3.VI.1728 in the Secretariat of Anastasia. Her husband received the post of Minister of Health.
