The Road Transport Union of Barbary, or RTUB, is a workers union for truck drivers and other employees of trucking companies in Barbary. Together with the Road Transport Cooperative of Barbary it negotiates a collective labour agreement every other year. This includes working conditions, minimum wages, minimum and maximum working hours and various other topics such as the decoration of trucks by drivers. The labour agreement is formally only applied to employees of the RTCB companies. Companies that offer lower wages are often targeted with strikes and violence. Most employees of RTCB companies below management level are members of the RTUB as this results to a 1 Kala pay-raise per hour. The organisation has a permanent seat in the Council of Arvidsudde.
