Rhys Baxter (born 18 June 1997) is a former rugby league footballer and current Florian Gridiron player who plays for the Dragonmoor Chargers of the FFL. Before joining the chargers, Baxter captained the Florian Republic national rugby league team, Kingsland rugby league team and club Stonehall Rhinos before switching sports. He is considered to be one of the greatest rugby league players of all time. A former goal-kicking centre, he played his Florian Super League career at Northcliff Vikings and Stonehall Rhinos. He was the second most expensive rugby league player of all time after Stonehall Rhinos bought his services for nearly Cr 2.6 million.
