The Republic of Vey was established on 7.III.1695 by the All-Zeedic Association of Youths for the Establishment of the Republic of Vey (AZAYEROV) after the First Secretary of Zeed, Rashid Hasanzadeh, jokingly named his wife "President of Vey" in a speech, as she, he said, while mocking her Istvanistani accent, always wanted things to do it her "vey" (way). Youths across the country began immediate planning of the establishment of the Republic of Vey, by setting up the "All-Zeedic Association of Youths for the Establishment of the Republic of Vey" (AZAYEROV).
Despite being in the midst of the Second Euran War, AZAYEROV was organised by ambitious youths across Zeed. Uniting over their love of their first secretary and his wife, as well as the love and patriotism and devotion they had to their country, the youths of Azayerov instigated an exodus of youths from their dwellings, taking only tents and food and packing with them, across the River Erik to settle in the former Constancian capital of Vey, where they on 7.III.1695 proclaimed the Republic of Vey as a republic governed by the AZAYEROV committees, where Leila, the wife of the First Secretary, would become President of Vey and Mother of Both Nation and Republic. Leila in turn took on a surname, not having one previously, Azayerova, after the Association with gave her such fame in the country. She felt like a true mother.
