Red Sun and Moon Society

The Red Sun and Moon Society is a Sanaman humanitarian organisation. Inspired by and modelled after the Red Orchid Society in Elwynn, it received its charter in 1666 from the government. According to its charter, the aims of the society are to "give aid to the sick and wounded, and to give assistance and aid in disasters" and to promote "public and individual health and prevention of disease". The sun and moon are both important symbols in Somanes, a major religion in Sanama. Together with the Red Orchid Society it is a founding member of the Organisation of Red Symbol Societies.
