Qyzylqaystan was a protectorate of Jingdao, which was integrated as a zhou later on. Its tribes are known as fearsome warriors who revere the Heavenly Light and brought the region under its control. They are often seen as the vanguard of the Jingdaoese defense against the barbarian Green tribes which have not submitted.
