On March 30, 2011 Ocian President Matt Kovac formed the Presidential Commission of the Ocian Federation to Counter Attempts to Falsify History to the Detriment of Ocia’s Interests. This move was made to counter “malicious” attempts made by the Coalition nations to completely ignore key facts about the 2009 Amokolian War which is officially known (in Ocia) as the Great Patriotic war of Liberation from Fascism. President Kovac empowered the Commission which is composed of Senior Military, Government and intelligence officials (current and former) such as Kolya Radchenko to unearth historical documents, and call government and expert witnesses as well as formulate possible responses to the inconsistencies created by foreign belligerents. Kovac said that the commission’s ultimate accomplishment will be that it will discredit falsified versions of history that damage Ocia’s international prestige.

Origins
While several Ashkenatzi sources claim that the origins of the war lie within the Ocian Government’s decision on July 11, 2009 to close the Amokolian Border with Ashkenatza, the reality is that the Ashkenatzi Government did not voice any concern over the border closure until well over a month later on August 20 when the Ashkenatzi announced their intentions to initiate a war with Ocia to the Ocian Ministry of the Exterior ironically with Hebrew messages from the Torah. According to Ocia’s historical commission this was a scapegoat to bury Ashkenatzi’s true imperialistic ambitions on Benacia, which were widely known far before the war commenced or the border closed. Furthermore, this aggression was not carried through until Ashkenatza could get the required approval from their ‘foreign masters’ implying that the Ashkenatzi were seeking the approval of Babkha.

According to Ocia’s commission, the War actually began early in September when Ocian troops led by General Anthony Montague of the Ocian Defence Forces arrived to reinforce the (at the time) Overseas Ocian Protectorate of Amokolia. During this time the Ashkenatzi continued to make claims that Amokolia had erupted in ‘civil disobedience’ when in reality unrest was brewing from Amokolian leader Jess Hiemer.

The Presidential Commission of the Ocian Federation to Counter Attempts to Falsify History to the Detriment of Ocia’s Interests was formed by Ocian President Matt Kovac on 30 March 2011. This move was made to counter “malicious” attempts made by the Coalition nations to completely ignore key facts about the 2009 Amokolian War, known officially in Ocia as the Great Patriotic war of Liberation from Fascism. President Kovac empowered the Commission, composed of senior military, government and intelligence officials (current and former), including Kolya Radchenko, to unearth historical documents and call government and expert witnesses, as well as formulate possible responses to "the inconsistencies created by foreign belligerents". Kovac said that the commission’s ultimate accomplishment will be that it will discredit falsified versions of history that damage Ocia’s international prestige.[citation needed]
