Federal Republic of Phinbella (FRP; Phinbella; Malay: Repablik Persekutuan Phinbella; Pahang Malay: Repablik Pesekutuai Phinbella, Korean: 핀벨라연방공화국 Pinbella Yeonbang Gonghwaguk, Greek: Ομοσπονδιακή Δημοκρατία της Φινμπέλα, Japanese: フィニべラ連邦共和国, Turkish: Phınbella Federal Cumhuriyeti) is a federal republic located in western Keltia which was established on January 13, 2019, after Phinbella's co-founder, Ikmal Hakimi signed the New Permata Treaty and the Micrasian territorial claim was successful. Territory of Phinbella shares border only with Sanpantul by land and border with Sanpantul, Passio-Corum and Republic of Lostisland by territorial waters.

Phinbella is a federal republic with a semi-presidential system. As a semi-state, the power is central to the central government and local governments in every state. President is the chairman of the state, the director of domestic governance, policy making, and foreign affairs. The President appoints a ministerial council, which is not required to be elected by a member of the House of Representatives. The President may grant a maximum of three years of assessment. The National Legislative Council said the maximum broadcast time was made to tell if the president was good enough in the election results.

The highest representational body at the national level is the Phinbella Community Legislative Council, consisting of 12 representatives from each party dominating the region. Its main function is to support and amend the constitution, inaugurate the president, and formulate an outline of national policy. PCLC is unicameral, and party-coordinated members are selected for annual terms according to proportional representation. The Houses of Parliament are located at Ume Momo.

Executive bodies

In the Phinbellan Government system, there are three highest government bodies in Phinbella. Which is the President, Vice President and Prime Minister. All executive governing bodies were elected from the election for 3 years and were officially opened by the Phinbella Community Legislative Council.

As the highest government in Phinbella, Phinbella President is the chairman of the state and also the Phinbella government and the president is elected every 3 years and there is no term bound for the president himself. And since the federal republic was established, only one man had served as president. This is, Ikmal Hakimi.

Vice President of Phinbella is the senior assistant of the President and the second highest body in Phinbella. The vice president's post is to assist the work of the president and also represent the president in a parliamentary meeting if the president is absent. Phinbella's current vice president is Lee Kyung Di.

And the third highest governing body in Phinbella is the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister of Phinbella serves as the head of government with the President. Since the establishment of Phinbella, there are 2 prime ministers. Phinbellan Prime Minister is now Cik Muda Atiqah Rahman.

The Federal Republic of Phinbella comprises Mainland Phinbella, Permata Mutiara, the Ross Dependency, the Oriental Hispanioéire Srieapska and Niue. The Oriental Hispanioéire Srieapska and Niue are sovereign occupied entities with Phinbella. The Phinbella Parliament cannot pass legislation for these entities, but with their consent can act on behalf of them in foreign affairs and defence. Permata Mutiara is classified as a non-self-governing territory, but is administered by a council of three elders (one from each Tokelauan atoll). The Ross Dependency is Phinbella's territorial claim in Micrasian Antarctica, where it operates the Scott Base research facility. Phinbella nationality law treats all parts of the realm equally, so most people born in Phinbella, the Oriental Hispanioeire Srieapska, Niue, Permata Mutiara and the Ross Dependency are Phinbella citizens.

Religion

While freedom of religion is set in the constitution of Phinbella, the government officially recognizes the two main religions of Phinbella, Muslims and Christians. However, the government still recognizes other religions and new citizens with non-official religious belief status can still obtain their Identity Card without any other application. Although not an Islamic state, Phinbella can be regarded as the largest population of micro-population, with 54% of Phinbella's population being Muslim according to the last census of 2018. The majority of Muslims in Phinbella are Sunni. 20% of the population are Christians, 12% Cheondism, 8% Shintoism, 4% are Buddhists and other religions are 2%.

Education

Phinbellan education system is similar to the Malaysian education curriculum program, just to be influenced by the Korean and Japanese culture of education. Most Phinbellan residents who are still studying at the Secondary School and Ministry of Education Affairs stated that Phinbella's educational problems will not be addressed seriously as the Malaysian education curriculum program itself has provided more educational services.

So far, there is only one registered educational platform in Phinbella. It is the only Podol University located in Danville, founded in 2019.

The martial art taekwondo originated in Korea and legalized in Phinbella as a one of two national martial arts after silat, which are originated in Malaysia and Indonesia. In the 1950s and 1960s, modern rules were standardized, with silat and taekwondo becoming an official Southeast Asia Games sport.

Football and baseball have traditionally been regarded as the most popular sports in Phinbella. Recent polling indicates that a majority, 41% of Phinbellan sports fans continue to self-identify as football fans, with baseball ranked 2nd at 25% of respondents. However, the polling did not indicate the extent to which respondents follow both sports.

Baseball was first introduced to Phinbella in 2816 and has since become increasingly popular, with some sources claiming it has surpassed football as the most popular sport in the country. Recent years have been characterized by increasing attendance and ticket prices for professional baseball games. The Phinbella Professional Baseball league, a 10-team circuit, was established in 2817.

Phinbella is especially strong in short track speed skating. However, speed skating and figure skating are very popular, too, and ice hockey is an emerging sport with Phinbella are hosting in 'C' Conference qualifiers for 2020 MHL World Championships.

Phinbella will hosted a professional triathlon race.

In October 2010, Phinbella hosted its motorcycle race at the Cyborges Intermicronational Circuit in Cyborges, about 400 kilometres (250 mi) southwest of Bandar Baru Fatin. The Phinbellan Nova Prix was held from 2017 until now.

Domestic horse racing events are also followed by Phinbellans and Fernikan Race Park in Bandar Baru Fatin is located closest to Fernikan out of the country's three tracks.

Competitive video gaming, also called eSports (sometimes written e-Sports), has become more popular in Phinbella in recent years, particularly among young people. The two most popular games are PUBG and Garena Free Fire. The gaming scene of Phinbella is managed by the Phinbellan e-Sports Association (PheSPA for short) and has become something of a career for many players. They can make a living out of their activity and top players can even make a significant amount of money with some high end Freefire II players ending up making six figure salaries.
