Pentapolis is the regional capital of the Prince bishropic of Catologum. It's governed by the Holy Catologian Church and ruled by the Archbishop of Pentapolis. It housed the prestigious Ecclesiastical Academy of Pentapolis until 1590, when it was moved to the South Batavian (later Jingdaoese) city of Basella, due to antireligious tensions in northern Batavia at that time.
