Public Response

The public's response was one of pride. The people had finally had a say on those who governed them. The people were stunned at the loss of seats by the Monarchists and Nationalists, and the rise of the Socialists.

Political Responses

The Nationalists were outraged of their status being relegated to Opposition Status and the Socialists taking their Head Party spot. On the contrast, the Socialists saw this as "The People's Growth". The Monarchists were notably concerned with them having to cooperate with the opposite of the spectrum. Monarchist leader Myo Kaung-Ko has stated "We will do what we can do."
