Whereas it is necessary for good government that there be a Minister of State for the Foreign Office;
And Whereas His Royal Majesty is presently indisposed due to a natural disaster macronationally;
The Royal Chancellor does hereby order the interim appointment of Mr. Hyderus Adrianus to the position of Minister of State for the Foreign Office with immediately effect, and Mr. Adrianus shall enjoy the powers associated with that said office without delay, subject to the future confirmation of His Royal Majesty through the normal Royal Decree process upon His return from macronational obligations.
