On the Steward of the Union

On the Steward of the Union is a decree of the Elian Union (1649:003), issued by Queen Noor, and applicable to Whales through the third section in the decree (1649:004-M), where Joshua Saint Endellion was given the lordship of Katzendorf–Nekomura as thanks for his services to the Elian Union.

THE QUEEN OF THE ELIAN UNION
On the Steward of the Union
1649:003; 1649:004-M

1. Joshua Kerrick Saint Endellion, having reached the noble age of 111, has asked Us to be relieved of his duties as Steward of the Elian Union and enter into retirement.
2. After careful consideration, We grant his request. Mr Saint Endellion is hereby relieved from his duties as Steward of the Union.
3. We are grateful for his services. We therefore elevate him to Lord of Katzendorf–Nekomura in the province of Jazâ'ir an-Noor.
4. We appoint to Steward of the Union, Her Most Bovic Majesty Li, the Empress-Consort. She shall also represent Our interests in the Frenzy.

Given today at the Imperial Keep of Shireroth, 13 Cowtide 1649.
